The Will of God

Psalm 37:23 “The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.”

The will of God is fulfilled in your life as you allow the Lord to order your steps. One of the ways in which the Lord orders our steps is in His Word.

Psalm 119:133 “Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.”

Any good conduct is not of us, it is of the Lord, who keeps the feet of his saints and directs every step they take according to His Word.

Believers are to die, live and breathe in Christ Jesus their Lord, and as they do, the will of God will be fulfilled and revealed.

Notice what people may have and can be in Christ Jesus!

1.    Justified and Redeemed ~ Romans 3:24  “Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:”

2.     No Condemnation ~ Romans 8:1 “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus. who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.”

3.    Free from Sin & Death ~ Romans 8:2 “For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.”

4.     The Love of God ~ Romans 8:39 “Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

5.     The Truth ~ Romans 9:1 “I say the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost,”

6.    One Body in Christ (Church) ~ Romans 12:5 “So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.”

7.     Helpers in Ministry ~ Romans 16:3 “Greet Priscilla and Aquila my helpers in Christ Jesus:”

8.    Approved, Acceptable, & Pleasing ~ Romans 16:10 “Salute Apelles approved in Christ. Salute them which are of Aristobulus' household.”

9.     Sanctified & made Holy ~ 1 Corinthians 1:2  “Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:”

10.   Wise, Strong & Honourable ~ 1 Corinthians 4:10 “We are fools for Christ's sake, but ye are wise in Christ; we are weak, but ye are strong; ye are honourable, but we are despised.”
